FAQ
-How can I access the Baja  details page, it's password protected.
All paid Baja  riders receive a login and password with confirmation.
-Are passports really required?
YES!
-How do I get a tourist card?
You must stop at the border when you enter Mexico and apply for the tourist card in person. This MUST be done when you first cross the border. If you wait until later in the trip, you will suffer from expense and unbearable hassle.
-Should I exchange my money for pesos or can I use U.S. dollars in Baja?
Either exchange your money for pesos at the border or be sure to have lots of small bills($1-$5) for gas and meals. If you use large bills, they may be unable to make change. If you exchange your money ahead of time,  you will save money by getting a better exchange rate than the normal 10 pesos per $1 most people use for quick off-the-top-of-their-head transactions even with the official rate at 13 pesos per dollar.
-Can my Wife/Friend/Child meet us in Cabo?
No!  The ride is staying in Northern Baja for the 2010 event and not traveling to Cabo.  Start and end will be at Horsepower Ranch in Ensenada.
